    STUDIOS RENTALS

    0 – 1 Hours: $85/hr
    2 – 4 Hours: $70/hr
    5 – 6 Hours: $65/hr
    7 – 8 Hours: $60/hr
    9 Hours: $55/hr
    10 – 12 Hours: $50/hr

    RATES AFTER 5PM $100/HOUR

    Wedding Parties

    Wedding Party Rates :

    A 12-person limit per studio is due to the overall occupancy availability on the third floor, including common halls. Wedding parties that are over 12 persons( including photographers/ vendors) are required to book two studios simultaneously at the regular booking rates. EG :

    2 studios for 1 hour is ($85.00×2)

    $200 DAY OF DEPOIST

    Please note that in addition to the full payment, we take a refundable security deposit of $200 on the day of the appointment, prior to usage of the room. This can be done by either a credit card, cash or debit. The online booking system gives you an option to save the credit card on file to make things easier. We only charge credit cards for over time , damage or if cleaning needs to be done.

    Refunds – All refunds are subject to Square refund policies which is API 2.90% + $0.30 on each transaction. All refunds will be charged that amount the $5 for transfers

  • A spacious, empty studio with wooden floors, large windows, and photography studio equipment including lights and umbrellas.

    Overtime charge $2/min

    Set up and tear down is included in your booked time. If you need some extra time and no one is booked after you, a charge of $2/min is charged or deducted from your deposit. Discounted hourly rates apply if extending by hourly increments.

  • During the week days Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, and Saturdays 8am-2pm there is limited parking. Each studio has 2 parking spots per booking available. All other parking must park on the street or at the paid parking lot across Logan at Kum Kun Garden. After hours and on Sundays there is free unlimited parking.

    1. Please request the use of elevator prior to your session and arrive 10 minutes early to unload.

    2. Park in one of the loading zones next to the stairs and call us to notify us of your arrival. Please start to unload all your things on the dock and then park your car on the lot prior to loading in the elevator.

    3. If you forget to call us to request the elevator we can still assist you with the usage. Please kindly wait your turn to be served as our staff may be assisting others.

    Please note this is a freight elevator and can only be operated by a staff member. In addition, we cannot have people riding the elevator or taking content in it.

    We understand that this may present challenges for some of our clients, and for that, we apologize. It is never our intention to create barriers to access, but unfortunately, this is a decision that has been mandated by city regulations.

  • Please arrive 10  minutes early  for check in. We take a $200 security deposit  before the usage of studio. These are refundable deposits and can be paid in person or by your saved credit card on file.

    Please view the parking section. You are responsible for passing parking information on to your clients. For mini sessions you are required to get the buzzer door for quick back to back sessions, ( For more than 3 guests)

House Rules

  • The studio will provide tape for the bottom of your shoes so that it does not scuff the infinity wall. Dress shoes and high heels have a tendency to leave black markings.

    The Studio must be returned to its original state before the end of your booking. A cleaning fee up to $200, equal to what a professional cleaning company may charge.

  • Only water is allowed in the studio. If you have a half or full day booking our kitchen area is available for you to eat, but we ask that no food or drink is brought into the space.

    Photos of food for photography or branding photos are permitted.

  • No smoke of any kind is allowed in the space without prior permission. The studios share vents with other studios and the smoke can travel and we want to be mindful of all clients. Please contact for permission first.

  • While we love pets and have a couple of puppies of our own, unfortunately the building is not pet friendly. On occasion we can get permission from the building to bring a pet but this must be arranged in advance and a cleaning fee of up to $200 may apply.

  • At Allure Studios LTD, We value the creative expression, cultural collaboration, equitable opportunity and a blank canvas to enhance your work. That said, it’s important to us that this space is accessible to creatives from all walks of life, class and creed. So instead of navigating the grey areas of life, we have created a set of rules that aim to keep it that way.

    *For commercial photography usage of the studio related to services such as body sugaring, bodybuilding, exemptions will apply. All guests are required to be dressed when walking the common hall spaces.
