    Studio Rentals

    STUDIOS RENTALS

    0 – 1 Hours: $85/hr
    2 – 4 Hours: $70/hr
    5 – 6 Hours: $65/hr
    7 – 8 Hours: $60/hr
    9 Hours: $55/hr
    10 – 12 Hours: $50/hr

    Groups of 12 or less

    RATES AFTER 8PM ,LONG WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS $100/HOUR

    Wedding Parties

    Each studio can accommodate up to 12 people total, including anyone waiting in the halls and all vendors or photographers. Regular rates apply for parties of 12 and under people.

    Parties between 13-16 people is $100/hour
    For parties over 16 people, the rate is $170 for the first hour, which includes use of a second studio to meet capacity limits.
    Please book two studios simultaneously for groups larger than 16.

    1 studio up to 16 people ( $100/hour)

    2 studios for 1 hour is ($85.00×2)

    2 studios for 2 hours ($70.00×4)

    $200 DAY OF DEPOIST

    Please note that in addition to the full payment, we take a refundable security deposit of $200 on the day of the appointment, prior to usage of the room. This can be done by either a credit card, cash or debit. The online booking system gives you an option to save the credit card on file to make things easier. We only charge credit cards for over time , damage or if cleaning needs to be done.

    Refunds – All refunds are subject to Square refund policies which is API 2.90% + $0.30 on each transaction. All refunds will be charged that amount the $5 for

    Overtime charge $2/min

    Set up and tear down is included in your booked time. If you need some extra time and no one is booked after you, a charge of $2/min is charged or deducted from your deposit. Discounted hourly rates apply if extending by hourly increments.
