We have 3 ways that you can book an appointment.
Self serve online booking option, which is the quickest and most convenient for you. Click here to go to the booking form.
By email. Once you have inquired about a date and time and the time has been approved, you can e-transfer to info@allure-studios.ca. Please make sure the e-transfer has the name of the person, phone details that will be booking. No appointments are finalized without full payment.
Call in the studio at (204) 505 – 3950. We are open by appointment only and we will return your call as soon as we can, if we miss you.
For bookings over 12 people please contact the studio.
*Please note that in addition to the full payment, we take a refundable security deposit of $200 on the day of the appointment, prior to usage of the room. This can be done by either a credit card, cash or debit. The online booking system gives you an option to save the credit card on file to make things easier.
Refunds – All refunds are subject to Square refund policies which is API 2.90% + $0.30 on each transaction. All refunds will be charged that amount the $5 for e-transfer returns.
Reduced Rates:
Available for Non-Profit Agencies, Allure Members, and multi-day, full-day bookings booked consecutively.
Studios Rentals:
Rates on long weekends& Holidays are subject to $100/hour, Evenings past 8pm are subject to $100/hour

0 – 1 Hour ………… $85/hr
2 – 4 Hours ………… $70/hr
5 – 6 Hours ………… $65/hr
7 – 8 Hours ………… $60/hr
9 Hours ……………… $55/hr
10 – 12 Hours …….. $50/hr
Custom rates may be available if you are scheduling a multi-day session, training session, meeting or other event.
A 12-person limit per studio is due to the overall occupancy availability on the third floor, including common halls. However, not all bookings require 12 people, so we may be able to shuffle things around to accommodate larger gatherings. Please reach out to us to discuss your specific needs.
Photography Services :
Mini Sessions start at $175-$300+tax include 10 digital images , price depends on the type shoot : Family photos vs solo portraits, or toddlers. All full sessions are priced at $350+tax and include 20 digital images.

Please note that memberships are non-refundable. For cancellations, our regular studio policies apply. Cancellations made 24 hours before or less your booking will result in a forfeit of the time you booked. -

CANCELATION POLICY
Refund Processing: All refunds are subject to Square’s processing fee of 2.90% + $0.30 per transaction.
No Refunds/Reschedules: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment or on the day of the event are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Weekday Appointments (Monday – Friday)
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the appointment receive a full refund, minus Square’s processing fee.
Cancellations made within 7 days but outside of 48 hours of the appointment will be refunded at 50%, minus Square’s processing fee.
Weekend Appointments (Saturday & Sunday)
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the appointment receive a full refund, minus Square’s processing fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days but outside of 48 hours of the appointment will be refunded at 50%, minus Square’s processing fee.
